The FACT Lehigh Valley AIDSWALK is a public affirmation of our commitment to those with HIV/AIDS as well as support for prevention education. Money raised by this walk will stay in the Lehigh Valley. AIDSWALK is a community walk, and is one of FACT Lehigh Valley's outreach programs.

Where to our pledge dollars go?
Through our parent organization, FACT Lehigh Valley, the money raised through the Lehigh Valley AIDSWALK will assist area agencies that help those who are affected by HIV/AIDS. In particular, the money raised will help to:

• Provide services to HIV individuals
• Provide Support Groups to people infected and affected by HIV/AIDS
• Provide education to Lehigh Valley children and adults

Mission
The mission of the FACT Lehigh Valley AIDSWALK is to administer and support a consortium of fundraising activities to benefit the Agencies of the Lehigh Valley who (1) actively provide direct services to individuals infected and affected with HIV/AIDS and (2) actively participate in the fundraising activities of the Lehigh Valley AIDSWALK.

Philosophy
We Believe Each Agency:

• is entitled to public support to carry out their important work of direct services to those individuals infected and affective with HIV/AIDS.
• must provide direct services to those individuals infected and affected with HIV/AIDS to be entitled to received any of the proceeds of the Lehigh Valley AIDSWALK
• who provides direct services to those individuals infected and affected with HIV/AIDS or who provides prevention and education have an equal say in how to Lehigh Valley AIDSWALK operates and participates voluntarily in the Lehigh Valley AIDSWALK.
• Is responsible for conducting themselves in a manner that allows the interests of the Lehigh Valley AIDSWALK to be first and their Agency's interests secondary.
